-Minimum Order:
- A minimum order of $75.00 (before
shipping and taxes) is required for
all online/fax orders.
-Taxes:
- Four percent sales tax is charged to all
shipments received in the State of Alabama.
- No sales tax will be charged on
out-of-state purchases unless otherwise specified by Alpha Store Fixtures.
-Cancellations/Returns:
- If
order is incorrect in anyway, please contact Alpha Store Fixtures
immediately
- Order cancellations must be
done within twenty-four hours of placement.
- Requests for returns must be made
within forty-eight hours of shipment receipt.
- Customers are responsible for all
shipping cost on both initial orders and returns.
- Returned merchandise must be in
its original packaging and merchandise must be in new condition.
- All special order merchandise sales are final.
- All returns are subject to a 15%
restocking fee.
-Shipping and Freight:
- All orders will be shipped via UPS
Ground or UPS Freight unless otherwise specified.
- If additional shipping charges
are necessary (i.e., oversized box), customer will be notified, and must
approve of, prior to shipment.
- Inspect all packages Immediately
upon receipt.
- Prices are F.O.B. origin.
- Customer will be notified and
must approve of freight charges prior to shipment.
- Alpha Store Fixtures is not
liable for damage to merchandise resulting from negligence or
mishandling by a common carrier.
